Clean battery terminals with dry cloth. Flip the roomba upside down unscrew the yellow spinning brush screw. Turn the unit upside down and clear any debris out of the wheels. Now grab and pull the battery tabs to lift the battery out of the robot.

First turn your roomba upside down and push down and hold on both of the two yellow plastic tabs at the bottom of the brush unit and lift so you can access the brushes.
