Choose an end time from the drop down menu at the bottom of the screen and click the submit times button. Group and single study rooms are available in the dana porter and davis centre libraries. Even though you have the room to yourself you must continue to wear a face covering while in the study room. Click on the green reserve a space button to enter the room reservation system.

You may then be prompted for your uw net id. Only current uw students staff and faculty with current valid netids will be able to reserve a space. Individuals cannot have more than one space reserved at one time. If a reservation is not claimed within 15 minutes it may be used by another group.

Reservations are only valid when the library is open. Click on the box where the start time you want intersects with an available room. A green box means the room is available. Each room has its own table and a door for more isolation than you would get in a larger study space.

Locations dana porter library rooms 608 808 908 1008 and 1016 are available for group study. Please do not move furniture in to or out of the study rooms.
